UsedSoft, marketer of pre-owned Software, now also in Germany bankrupt

After having announced insolvency proceedings of usedSoft AG, located in Switzerland, in May, now also the German office has to apply for the institution of insolvency proceedings contrary to the previous statement of Peter Schneider, director of the company.

Concerning the statements of usedSoft unrecoverable differences with an investor of usedSoft AG led to insolvency proceedings of the Swiss marketer of pre-owned Software in May. However this would not interfere with the German office, only new structures regarding acquisition of pre-owned software licenses would be the outcome of this.

But now the outcome seems to interfere the German usedSoft GmbH. The insolvency administrator of the Swiss company would demand payments of usedSoft GmbH. From there the German usedSoft GmbH is forced to apply for the institution of insolvency proceedings, too.
