Krankenhaus IT-Journal: „700 Euro Per Workstation Are Realistic“
The crisis bears the blame: In 2009, costs must be reduced in the IT sector.
That is the result of an ad-hoc survey from the preo Software AG in which 100 deciders were interviewed. The Krankenhaus IT-Journal reports that in companies with over 3.000 employees, 60 percent of the surveyed are interested in alternative possibilities of purchasing, like pre-owned software. Boris Vöge, executive of the preo Software AG, knows why: „Even a middle-class company can save about 350.000 Euro with using pre-owned software. 700 Euro per workstation are realistic.“
