The boom in the IT sector is over – the crisis is present. Many companies cut their IT expenses.

The Handelsblatt reports that these savings call for and advance new ideas. For example the trade with used software, with which up to 50 percent of the software expenses can be saved. Many companies are uncertain concerning the legal status.
