Computer Zeitung Online: „Remarketing Is Becoming More And More Interesting for Companies – Pre-Owned Software Cuts Costs“
„We do not need that any more, bin it“? Wrong! When it comes to software that is not needed any more, new strategic possibilities open up for companies.
With software remarketing, used software can be transformed in liquid assets. This is possible by the sale to a trader for pre-owned software – up to 30 percent of the purchasing price can be refinanced. Additionally, the buying on the market for pre-owned software pays off. Because software does not wear down, users can buy software solutions with identic properties like new products, but they pay up to 50 percent less.
IT managers that affect an increase of the liquidity of their company by remarketing or the cheap purchase of pre-owned software, improve their own position inside of the company, too.
