In spite of the uncertainty, the desire for the trade with pre-owned software is comprehensible and wide-spread. If someone has licenses, which are not needed any more, he wants to sell them like any other asset. And if everything is done right, the vendors do not make any difficulties: Even Microsoft accepted 99 percent of the requests, provided that all sources are revealed, reports Computer Reseller News.
